Terms & Conditions

 1. Once an order is placed, Tyres2Door will send an email containing order details. This also serves as confirmation between Tyres2Door and customer. By purchasing from Tyres2Door, customer declares that they have read and accept all terms and conditions of the website.

2. Prices on items listed can be modified without notice and at any time. This also applies to delivery cost. We also reserve the right to any price errors, and customer shall be informed if this were to happen.

3. Once an order is placed, and the customer would like this cancelled, customer must email Tyres2Door immediately. Once the order has left the warehouse, this can not be cancelled and no other changes can be made. Customer will be notified of dispatch via email. Orders may be cancelled by emailing

4. Items are dispatched at the risk of the recipient. No damage can be claimed for possible delay in deliveries. Under normal circumstances, delivery time is of 3-4 days, however this delivery time is non binding, may vary according to destination and may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that there is a dispute regarding delivery of a package during delivery by the courier company, an investigation is opened by Tyres2Door and the courier company. Only after the investigation is complete, can Tyres2Door act on rectifying a situation with regards delivery/non-receipt. Tyres2Door has no control over the length of time investigations may take. 

5. Tyres2Door is not responsible for any damage or accident occurred to the items once the delivery is complete and no dispute has been communicated within 8 days of date of invoice. If items show a manufacturing defect, it must be communicated with Tyres2Door. 

6. The delivered items remain Tyres2Door property until they are fully paid.

7. Tyres2Door accepts all major credit cards for payment. Please refer to payment gateway privacy policy.

8. Rights of Return: Before purchasing, customer must double check that order is correct. If order is placed incorrectly, customer must email Tyres2Door immediately. If order has not been shipped, it will be cancelled and refund given. However, once order leaves the Warehouse, no changes can be made, and order cannot be cancelled. In the email to Tyres2Door, customers must provide the order number, the quantity of returns and the reason for return. Tyres2Door will organize pick up and will let the customer know what day pick up will be set for. Customer will incur any transportation cost and return cost. Tyres2Door will not credit the original parcel cost towards the customer and will also deduct 10% of the value of the tyres (limited to €10 per tyre). However, if mistake is made from Tyres2Door, the customer will not incur any cost, and will receive the correct order.  

9. General Terms of Guarantee: Tyres2Door is not the producer of the goods supplied by us. Warranty begins on the day of arrival of the items to the customer. Warranty details may be found on the brand specific website, and is per the tyre manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damages incurred from external causes, including: improper installation, environmental conditions or mishandling.

10. The Terms and Conditions listed on the Tyres2Door websites may be revised at any time. Tyres2Door shall not incur any liability nor shall any right result to the purchaser by reason of any misrepresentation arising from misprints and clerical errors or verbal statements not confirmed by Tyres2Door in writing.
