What is a DEMO tyre?
A DEMO tyre is simply a tyre that has been taken from a new car. This tyre has travelled a few miles at most. DEMO tyres usually sell between 5-20% less than a tyre that has never been fitted to a car. An example of this could be when a group of new cars that are equipped with summer tyres, are being taken to a country where they will be sold with snow tyres or another brand according to agreements between manufacturers.
How does Tyres2Door work?

Using the ‘Select your Tyre’ menu, select your tyre size, browse, then click on your desired tyre to add to cart. Once you are ready to checkout, you may either register, or check out as guest. You will then be able to review your order and go through the payment process. You will received an email once payment has been processed and your order is confirmed. Then your order will be on its way.

How do I find my tyres size?

You will find your tyre size on the outer wall of your tyre. These are shown as numbers and letters.

The first number is the tyre width in millimetres. Next you will find the profile number. Then the letter R followed by a number is the diameter of your tyre’s inner rim in inches, followed by the last set of numbering and letter which is the tyre’s speed rating.


What are the payment methods?

Tyres2Door accepts all major credit cards and PayPal for payment.

Where can I have my tyres delivered to?

Delivery can be made to any address you wish.

Where can I fit my tyres?

We recommend calling your local garage and booking a time to have your tyres fitted. For some garages you will have the option to check online to gather some information on the garages reputation and prices prior to scheduling an appointment.

Will I have to pay additionally for delivery?

Upon checkout, delivery will be added according to destination.

Will I be able to track my order?

You will be given a tracking number once the order is on its way.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes around 3 to 4 working days, depending on the destination.

When and how will I receive the proof of purchase?

As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email to the email address provided by you, with all the necessary details, including order number, tracking number and customer/order information.

I’ve ordered the wrong tyre size by mistake. What do I do?

Before purchasing, please make sure that you double check that your order is correct. As soon as you realize that you have made the wrong order, you should email Tyres2Door immediately. If the order has not already been dispatched, this will be cancelled and you will be refunded. However if the order is already on its way, this cannot be cancelled. We will assist you further accordingly.

May I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon delivery, you may return your order. If you opt to return a tyre, you will be responsible to send back the order. Additional charges will apply for these returns.

In the case where there is a wrong delivery, Tyres2Door will collect this delivery and resend correct order, at no charge to the customer. 

For any returns, please email Tyres2Door and we will help with the return process.

How do I issue a tyre claim?

For any claims on tyres, we will organize the return and have them examined by the manufacturer. This policy is for all tyres brands.
